How do I make a complaint?

We always strive to give you the best customer service but we do recognise that things go wrong from time to time.

If you wish to make a complaint please contact us in one of two ways. Either write to us at:

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
