How do I renew my policy?
House Insurance
About 4 weeks before your house insurance is due for renewal, you will receive a new schedule with your renewal premium.
If you wish to renew your policy and you pay annually by cheque or credit card, please contact 0800 519 40 87.
If you pay by Direct Debit you don't need to do anything, we will continue collecting your premiums.
Car Insurance
About 4 weeks before your car insurance is due for renewal, you will receive a new schedule with your renewal premium.
