This policy will provide cover up to £3000 (including VAT)
What’s covered:
- An underground water supply pipe to your property becomes blocked or leaks; or
- You have a leak within your property’s internal gas supply; or
- You have complete failure of the electrical wiring system at your property
In addition, if your property is rendered uninhabitable for more than 48 hours as a result of an insured leak, blockage or wiring failure the policy provides up to £125 including vat per night (maximum £500 including vat per claim) for hotel costs if there is nowhere else you can go.
