Utility Safeguard will take the stress out of an unforeseen situation and provide the reassurance that you will be assisted with funds towards rectifying the problem.
This policy will provide cover up to £3000 (including VAT) in the event that:
- An underground water supply pipe to your property becomes blocked or leaks; or
- You have a leak within your property’s internal gas supply; or
- You have complete failure of the electrical wiring system at your property
In addition, if your property is rendered uninhabitable for more than 48 hours as a result of an insured leak, blockage or wiring failure the policy provides up to £125
including vat per night (maximum £500 including vat per claim) for hotel costs if there is nowhere else you can go.
Cover extends to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
