Road Stadium is undoubtedly the place to be for an
evening of exciting family entertainment. See the
Poole Castle Cover Pirates in action against teams
from around the UK – all members of the Elite
League, the crème de la crème of English speedway.
Be thrilled by the speed and white knuckle racing of skilled riders on their 500cc machines
around a dirt track circuit and get up close to the world’s best competitors, including Australian
Davey Watt, who along with Bjarne Pedersen, is spearheading the
Poole Castle Cover Pirates 2010 campaign for glory.
The home of Poole Speedway - Wimborne Road - has a number of viewing areas,
including an open stand, protected stand and, of course the ever-popular corner terraces for the
best appreciation of the action. Refreshments are available through outlets and bars, as well as
a quality restaurant in the main stand, where from your trackside table you can take advantage
of a unique, uninterrupted view of the racing. Corporate entertainment packages are available
