New insurance company sets the pace in the staffing stakes
13th February 2007
Poole based insurance company Castle Cover has got off to a remarkable start in 2007 having recruited a new member of staff every day so far.
Rapid expansion has been on the cards for the fifty plus insurance specialists ever since their launch in July 2006, and their total staff count is now more than one hundred and twenty after only six months in business.
Specialising in home and motor insurance exclusively for the over fifties market, Castle Cover is led by well-known industry expert Andrew Marchington and has plans to become one of Dorset’s leading employers.
“Having employed a new member of staff every day so far this year really is some feat and it’s an achievement we’re extremely proud of. Our comprehensive in-house training programme enables us to recruit and train new staff at a pace which meets current demand. Our overall staff count is growing rapidly, so much so that we have already moved into additional office space ahead of schedule” said Mr Marchington.
“Six months in and not only are we expanding rapidly we also have big plans for the future. We’ve recently become headline sponsors of the Poole speedway team, who will now be known as the Poole Castle Cover Pirates. This will help us immensely in raising our local profile and at the same time generate valuable national exposure for our brand”.
Castle Cover aims to create a further one hundred jobs this year, adding to their status as one of the region’s emerging key employers.
